You should know the routine by now, but even if you don't,
here's the scoop =).

Use your unique concussion grenade jumping skills to reach the
end of the map.  There are 18 jumps total, each with it's own
method of completing it, so it might take a while to reach the end
of the map.  The jumps in the map tend to range from easiest to
hardest, but never give up!  There is also a little surprise at the end
of the map, so that should be an additional insentive =).  I've also
taken the liberty of removing normal grenades, just so you don't
use them to your advantage =).
